I took a diamond ring there to be fixed and I asked them to add length for the ring to fit me instead they damaged my ring and flattened it so it could fit and charged me 100$ for the work. Normally I would go to my normal jeweler so I don’t know why I didn’t trust my instinct. I am so upset I let these crooks steal my money and damage my ring.
