"Virani, the owner, is a piece of work! He is so stuck up he actually thinks he owns the world reserve bank or something He does not know how to keep his appointments on time. He was never taught how to talk with people. Extremely rude and stuck up. I feel sorry for the workers that have to deal with this incompetent less of a human. Can't wait to see the shutters permanently closed. I'd rather pay extra for a place that actually respects customers than come to this trash place."

"Terrible experience! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! They’re RACIST. INCOMPETENT. FRAUDULENT & STUCK UP (except for RUTH, she was kind and exceptionally experienced). I went with my nephew to buy some 22k gold chains and the entire time they were acting like we stole something. They called security to block our car and made us uncomfortable throughout the entire process. The next day I came back with my 7year old daughter to purchase more gold, hoping the first day was a mistake but unfortunately they called security on my daughter & I to watch us AGAIN. One of the sales people had the nerve to speak rudely to my daughter and that’s when I let them have it. Please Save yourself the headache of going to this store, You’ll be thankful you did."

"Fraud! Fraud! Fraud! Don’t try to purchase anything in this store. They are doing really fraud in the purity. We have recently purchased 4 bangles in this store and they are 24 carrot gold. We had a deal with the owner his name is virani and he only calculated the 24 carrot gold price and extra taxes and making charges as well. And we have believed him and asked him many times about the purity. But he answered very rudely that he is maintaining that shop from long back with selling lot of gold everyday and why will I sell something to others if there is no guaranty in purity. Then I believed him blindly and went to india then I thought of checking the purity there and I got shocked by knowing the reality. Because those bangles are only with 97% purity and I lost $150 on each bangle. I tested the purity in multiple jewellery stores in india to make sure I am not doing it wrong. Please don’t believe him and don’t be betrayed. I am writing this review to help others like me."
