"I needed a new battery in my watch and they had it ready within about an hour. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Even though I wasn't there to shop specifically, from what I could see they have some beautiful jewelry that I will definitely be going back for pieces in the future!"

"If you need a watch battery replaced or have your watch band adjusted, this is the place to go. They are friendly, know their stuff and don't damage anything like other battery replacement stores. Also their prices are better than most and they get it done fast. The only thing I did notice, was the batteries die pretty fast, a year or less. I had one original watch battery that went 10 years, but the battery life is most likely out of their control and a small thing. Great Jewelers. However this did prompt me to learn how to replace my own watch batteries."
