"I went into the Bridgewater location because a piece of jewelry I Purchased broke when I was putting it on for the first time. As soon as I walked in, the first question was, “did you buy it online?” a I said you’re already intimating that I’m in the wrong when you haven’t heard my request. Then the manager came over and was extremely rude didn’t know my name and accused me of already giving a bad report on social media. Of course I hadn’t because I had not yet presented the problem. Well now I have. They want to charge me $100 to repair a faulty product & rude as well. I think not WARNING- go to the JEWELRY EXCHANGE in Woodbridge, NJ"
