"Dr. Branko Skovrlj is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I was in a car accident in July 2020 & and my Dr. sent Me to Him & I had back Surgery in June 2021 & now 2 months later I can't believe the amount of relief I have already & he told Me that as time goes on & I continue PT I'll feel even better!!! His Office Staff is ALWAYS VERY Pleasant & Helpful. Tawana is ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!! There were days that I called her 4 or 5 times & She is ALWAYS VERY Patient & even when Dr. Branko is in surgery. She reaches out to Him & gets back to me with an answer to whatever is going on!!! Danny & Michael are other office staff that I had interactions with for a few different things & They also Were Extremely helpful & Pleasant. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Branko to anyone who needs a neurosurgeon. He was one of 2 doctors who really helped me start this road to recovery that I'm on. I'm SOOO GRATEFUL to Him & His Staff. 7/18/23 I'm adding to this review because once my PIP coverage was depleted, they wouldn't see me anymore after my year follow-up, unless I paid cash. They told me they don't accept Medicare, so now I have to find another doctor to follow up with me when I have an issue!!! I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED with this situation because he really knows his stuff, but I can't help but think the money is more important to him than patient care. Just for the cost of the surgery was more than I had for PIP. My PIP was $250,000. & he charged $265,000 just for his part of the surgery but was paid around $188,000 plus was paid for every visit before the surgery & once my PIP ran out, his billing office started billing me for the follow-ups until I continued to call & have that taken care of."
