"I would not purchase from this company at all. I purchased from this company about 2 years ago and received the product in a timely fashion. This week I saw 4 charges on our debit card that were unauthorized from Diamondback Diamond Tools totaling around $5400.00. We called and emailed trying to get an answer as to why they would charge our card with out permission or without anyone ordering anything. No response, we called the bank and the police and reported the crime of fraud and theft. Please do not trust this company with any of your information."

"I was contacted by their salesman Kevin telling me they had a big shipment of core bits and if I ordered some they would give me 60 day billing. On the day I pick up the bits from UPS I get an alert from my bank saying I was charged for the bits. So I contacted Kevin and tell him they need to reverse the charge, he said I get 60 day billing. He says he will message his boss Patrick Sr. the president of the company because he doesn’t process payments. No response. I call Patrick and at first he says he won’t reverse it, then he says email me the documentation. So I email Patrick the messages and try to call to make sure he received it. He doesn’t answer. Then he sends an email saying he just received the proof of terms and let him call his salesman, and he’ll call me within an hour. Of course no return call. Does not answer my calls or my emails, his salesman blocked my contact. I’ve made a complaint to the BBB. Bits are being shipped back this morning, disputing the charge through my bank, and I’m calling the Federal Trade Commission to see if anything can be done. The best advice I can give DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS."

"Got a quote on over $5000 worth of blades for our company, and when I ordered what was suppose to be only one size on from that quote that was about $600 worth of blades, i receive an invoice for the full order a week later. Called the "Vice President" who was my contact, several times over a week period without response back. Finally got connected with him and he told me the items we already shipped and could not refund my order. He then told me to call the owner who was even less help than the VP. After about 3 weeks i receive the order of blades and i open the boxes to find out that 2 of the 5 sizes of the blades i ordered were wrong type and arbor. Once again, called up the VP and after several days of failed attempts, I finally get a hold of him and after much debate he finally tells me he will send me the right blades. it's now been 3 weeks of no replacement blades and failed calls of trying to find out what is going on. These guys are scam artists and everyone who reads this deserves a better company to work with. Please if you read this, don't waste your time, effort, or money with these jokers."
