"I purchased 10 of the longer anchors this past summer. I ordered from the site rather than Amazon. Although the anchors are adequate, there was not mention of the duty and taxes I would need to pay. I emailed but received no response. This made the anchors more expensive than others. I should have went through Amazon then at least I may have known about additional charges. Update. I have received my refund from poolzilla for the duty and taxes. Thanks Jesse"

"I purchased stainless steel pool cover fasteners and had an issue with several of the screws not fitting the trim ring. Jesse Vance at Poolzilla was very quick with his response's and had my issue resolved with new parts immediately. Highly recommend, and great customer service."

"Little background..first time pool owner. Previous owner had winterized and explained opening procedures and the filters were 8 months old. All worked perfectly well except for colder weather. July 4th we went out of town and the pool turned green. Power outage, pump running dry or not enough chlorine.. my pool my fault. Took few gallons of chemicals, 6 days and 4x filter cleaning to get back blue. But now filter pressure was high around 28 instead of 8.. panic.. cleaned cartridge again with spray cleaner.. still no good. Found filters on Amazon from Poolzilla, cheaper than pool supply stores. Some research and found that they were about 20 minute drive. Called and spoke to Jessie. Very knowledgeable, gave my Hayward model and he found correct filters. Drove to the warehouse, he loaded filters in my car knocked off another $15 of the price. Installed the filters 2 days and jaw dropping results. Water is not blue it’s clear, i can see silver Phillip’s head screws for bottom drain. My reaction.. possibly first time pool owner, but YEAH!! Family is happy, friends are over.. I am buying another set.. it’s worth rotating and new set each season because of the price. Size was identical, rubber top/bottom and plastic felt sturdy and same as existing branded filters. Also, this has Poolzilla stamped, so they standby their products. See the pictures.. They have earned my business. Update: This update is little late. July4 week we were out of town. Either it rained a lot or l didn’t add enough chlorine, the pool turned green. Followed cleaning procedures from YouTube. Shock, algicide, vacuum.. repeat twice. Filters did excellent job. Also, when cleant the filters they looked good. Membrane was still strong and did last without any issues till closing in September 2nd week. They still are good for next season. Added before/after pictures."

"We ordered two pool filters. We ordered the wrong model number. We didn’t open the box until a month later… as we didn’t need to use a new filter yet. That’s when we discovered the error. It was past the 30 day return window by then. Mark worked with us to rectify the situation, even though he didn’t have to. We shipped the wrong filters back, and the correct filters are on the way.
