"Friendly, fast, and honest! Had a great experience getting bracelets repaired. The first was done for free and on the spot as the jeweler told me the fix was minor. The second took less than 24 hours like he said it would and the work was great. Definitely recommend for repairs"
"I purchased a bracelet, it was too big so I told them to cut it. I was given the bracelet by it self and the receipt for my purchase A few months passed and it broke when I went back and asked them to fix it I advised they use the pice they took off. They told me that the pice they took off was given to me on the day of purchase, even though I assured them that it wasn't they kept telling me it was. To top things off the repair I payed for was so mediocre the bracelet broke down 2 weeks later. BEWARE Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere this store is there to collect money not to build loyal costumers. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED"
"Just moved here and was happy to find a few jewelry places nearby. I took some vintage pieces I was looking to adjust (lengthening necklaces and shortening bracelets) and they did a great job. The prices are great and they can even do some things on the spot while you wait, depending on how busy it is. Nice people too!"
"Such a wonderful experience! Everyone was so helpful and kind, I was able to find the perfect Christmas gift I needed. They even wrapped it up for me! This is the only jewelry store for me from here on out."
"They had one job and one job only: to engrave a replacement wedding band with my first name in script and the date. The jeweler decided to engrave my name using all caps. Not even scripted caps but print caps. That is not what we agreed. He had the nerve to tell me in my face that I told him to do it that way when in reality I DID NOT. Furthermore, when I went to take the ring and showed him what I wanted him to engrave, he himself rewrote in a piece of paper my first name “Lucas” in script, NOT PRINT AND NOT CAPS!!! Also, I even showed him a sample of how I wanted the engraving from another ring that I showed him. Accept your own responsibility. Instead of owning his fault and mistake, he tries to pin this on me! Why?! This is not ethical and not fair at all. He did not deliver on what he showed me he would do with the engraving. Very disappointed. I gave him my business just because I originally took my wedding bands to get them engraved here as well. So I went back, not only for sentimentality’s sake but because the service was fast and he did them just right back then. I am at a loss for words, that he would just do whatever he wanted this time. I can’t believe he ruined the wedding band I entrusted him with."
