"Had a bracelet repaired for $15. Told to come back sunday because they are closed on Saturday. I told them ahead of time that I would be back on Sunday to pick up my chain. I paid $45 for an Uber to get here on Sunday and they were closed. All they said is they “close sometimes in the summer on Sundays.” Then why didn’t anyone tell me? They only gave me $5 for the inconvenience but it should’ve been the entire amount. I will never buy jewelry here again. What a slap in my face."

I've never had an issue with gold tarnishing or anything like that with them and they will always work with you to try to accommodate you. Too bad I can only give them 5 stars because they deserve more!!"
