"Every jewelry store in 3rd Ave refused to change the battery on my Gucci watch but zodiac jeweler came through and did it every one on the block kept telling me to take my watch to the Gucci store mind you it’s a digital watch they could’ve just admitted they did t have the battery in stock but zodiak got the job done for a reasonable price and my headache is over"

"Had a bracelet repaired for $15. Told to come back sunday because they are closed on Saturday. I told them ahead of time that I would be back on Sunday to pick up my chain. I paid $45 for an Uber to get here on Sunday and they were closed. All they said is they “close sometimes in the summer on Sundays.” Then why didn’t anyone tell me? They only gave me $5 for the inconvenience but it should’ve been the entire amount. I will never buy jewelry here again. What a slap in my face."

"Honestly the best jewelry store that I've been to in the Bronx. The owner and the staff are amazing. The jewelry are high quality. I've never had an issue with gold tarnishing or anything like that with them and they will always work with you to try to accommodate you. Too bad I can only give them 5 stars because they deserve more!!"
