"I wish that I could give them no stars. I created a payment plan for a engraved baby bracelet and was told that it would be ready in 7 days. It's been over a month and I came in to pay the balance and pick up the jewelry. Let me add that I was charged extra to have hearts engraved and that I should have been the first red flag...It took them a while to find the actual bracelet. Then when I saw it, I was in disbelief. The engraving was atrocious. It was NOT professionally engraved at all. The name, the hearts looked terrible. It looked like someone had etched it in with whatever they could find. I wish that I had taken a picture but I was SO upset. I don't even know why they thought that what the presented was acceptable. It was poorly etched, it looked like a 4 year old had put the name and the hearts. The woman there has the audacity to ask me again if I didn't like it...OBVIOUSLY NOT. They offered to redo it and initially I said ok but I returned and just wanted a refund. They said that they only do store credit and I said ok. I wanted to just get whatever they had on the spot with my store credit so that I would never have to come back, however everything was above what I was willing to spend at that point. The sales rep offered no apology, no solutions, no suggestions, no discount for the inconvenience. They basically expected us to spend more money on whatever they had did not care. We then tried to see if we could use the credit to have a piece of jewelry cleaned, repaired and re-dipped in gold. The guy helping had no idea what he was talking about. He asked if it was real gold...WHAT? Then he said he wasn't sure if they could dip it in gold because it had stuff on it. Again we asked for it to be cleaned, repaired and dipped over. Idk if it's because we didn't appear to be flashy or like the typical clientele however we my family is very picky when it comes to jewelry and we wanted to start off small. They basically proved our point and we will refrain from purchasing jewelry from these kinds of places. Save yourself the headache and frustration and do not shop here. The staff is not knowledgeable or honest and they definitely do not know how to engrave jewelry!"
