"Sent a platinum diamond engagement ring to be sized. Came back with a broken, ill repaired prong, and a diamond set crooked, and big scratches on the band! To top it off I took it to a local jeweler to confirm that i wasn't crazy, sure enough he looped it and saw all the things I was talking about. He also sized it and it was 7 and 3/4, it was to go from a 7 to an 8. We determined that most likely they had the same ring, took my center stone out and attempted to place it in the ring they had closet to an 8, this is when the prong and diamond got messed up. Will be calling the BBB on this unethical company!"
"Do not trust this company! I purchased a necklace that was extremely overpriced for its size. Once it arrived, and I noticed how small it was I returned it. $600 down the drain, after they claimed the package was arrived empty to Overstock! Like really, why would you accept an open package that’s EMPTY. they’re liars and untrustworthy."
