"Honestly I was scared to be cracked for the first time ever. But dr Bianchi explained everything to me thoroughly and started off very gentle with the clicker instead until I expressed that I was ready to be cracked. The first time he cracked me he started off with just the neck to see how I did and he was very very gentle! I do crack my neck and my back myself out of habit and I thought this would be so much different but it's actually the same feeling. It's very relieving. And the ladies at the desk make you feel like you're at home and they are very personal in a good way with you! They remember all the details that most front desk people don't care to try and keep in mind. When I have to bring my toddler they give him toys and make sure he is happy while he is in the room with me. This is honestly the best place I've been to as far as medical goes. Very clean as well they sanitize in between every patient"
