"I have been going to Bianca jewelers for a long time - mostly to repair jewelry and watches. They always do a great job and are responsive and friendly. Today, I brought in a necklace that my toddler had broken. It wasn't fine jewelry, but it was a wedding gift that I am very attached to. After taking a careful look and explaining what could and couldn't be done, Lisa took out her pliers and carefully re-attached the clasp to the chain, handing it back at no cost. I'm not able to afford the fine pieces they sell in the store, but they always make me feel like a valued customer. Highly recommend!"
