But the customer care was prompt in getting back to my multiple email inquiries, usually within 3 to 4 hours during the business hours, and the necklace I got was simply gorgeous for the price I paid. I am writing this review so people know that this company can be trusted. I got the exact necklace frame and the diamond that was on the pictures of the product on their website. No deviations. I asked for the IGA number (IGA reports will be provided for over certain carat weights according to their website information) for the diamond, which they gave to me, and the certificate I received with the diamond shipping matched the number I received beforehand. I took it to a local jeweler friend and she was very impressed I got such a beautiful diamond necklace for the price. BTW, the necklace arrived in a very nice box with Brilliant Carbon logos.
