But the customer care was prompt in getting back to my multiple email inquiries, usually within 3 to 4 hours during the business hours, and the necklace I got was simply gorgeous for the price I paid. I asked for the IGA number (IGA reports will be provided for over certain carat weights according to their website information) for the diamond, which they gave to me, and the certificate I received with the diamond shipping matched the number I received beforehand.
