"Mr. Simon greeted me, asked what I needed, quoted a price, and finished my request in 30 mins. I was a bit surprised when Mr. Simon quoted $35 for a link (to fit a chain thru) for my pendant. However, he explained what he was going to do and because the pendant is a gift I gave my husband 36 years ago, no need to be cheap. A solid loop was added and it looks original to the pendant. The shop is small but has quite a few interesting pieces."

"The jeweler made these gorgeous three stone stud earrings for me out of my grandmother’s bracelet which was an heirloom piece he had to size to fit me properly. He cleaned all of my jewelry while I was there and did the work on the bracelet in front of me. The custom earrings were finished in less than a week. He also took some of my old gold and scrapped it. He gave me advice on another family piece which needed a new chain. You can see my great great aunt’s pendant on the new gorgeous chain pictured here. The best part other than his great customer service was his unbeatable prices.
