"No communication at all. They just want your money. They accepted the order and haven’t shipped my order. It’s been two weeks already. I have been sending emails to customer service but haven’t heard back from them. Do not buy anything from M Jewelers"

"This company is horrible in communication and fulfilling orders! I placed two separate orders that were about 5 days apart from each other. Both orders included a personalized item & non personalized. They are not fulfilling orders as they receive them because I received my non personalized necklace from the second order that I placed. When I still have not received my non personalized necklace from the first order that I placed… Like, how is that even possible? They are asking me to wait an extra month for my first order & now refuse to acknowledge the missing personalized necklace from my second order. Do yourself a favor and go to your local jeweler. Trying to be affordable gets you scammed! I now have to dispute the charges with my bank. Such a trash company!!"

"This is more for the company rather than this store in particular since I don't see a way to leave a review on a specific item on their website. I received the sparkly bubble initial necklace for Christmas as a gift. I wore it for about 12 hours and a stone had already fallen out. My husband reached out to get a refund as I did not want another one if that was going to happen again. He did not get a reply from anyone and then one day he just got notice they had shipped us another necklace. I really do love the item so I told him it was fine and I'd try wearing it again. I just received the second necklace in the mail and the 'H' is bent and crooked. I'd refrain from buying this unfortunately even though it's so pretty! We'd love to just get a refund at this point."

"I ordered a custom heart locket, It was disappointing because the quality of the necklace is terrible. It feels and looks like it’s from the ¢99 store. The company doesn’t take in consideration to tell the customer if the photo fits well or not, and will crop the photo the way they want it without confirming with you. I sent in a photo and they cropped it super close up so the face of the person covers the whole frame. If I wanted it that cropped I would’ve sent it in that way. The one I got as a gift, from this company as well, was so far and small you can’t even tell what photo it is. One of the persons’ head is cut off. I’m so upset and disappointed that I’m not able to return."

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Absolute garbage. The quality of the jewelry feels like it was from a costume store, meanwhile they’re charging absurd amount. The photo was also carelessly shoved into the locket and you can see part of it is coming out while there’s a gap on the other side. If you think you’re getting a good deal, YOU ARE NOT! You won’t be able to return after purchasing with a discount code. Scammers. I purchased three necklaces in separate orders and I’m now stuck with all three, since they won’t accept the return. READ AND TRUST THE REVIEWS, don’t be stupid like me."
