"Went into the store to return a gift I got from my father and didn’t LOVE for the price that it was. I went to the Tiffany Soho store and was greeted by Garima, I work in retail and can say it was probably one of the worst customer service I ever received. She told me I needed to insert the credit card to receive a refund, she said she couldn’t do Apple Pay — too bad because my father is in Brazil and I don’t have his physical card. Even though this some what makes sense, the way she delivered the message made me extremely annoyed. Garima was extremely rude and clearly didn’t want to help me resolve the issue. I expected a better customer service, especially coming from a brand like Tiffany. I asked Garima for her name and she said “write whatever you want about me.” Won’t be shopping at Tiffany again."

"One of my favorite places to buy jewelry for my wife, Tiffanys the sales people are always nice and friendly and they really go out of their way to help you find what you want in your price range. They are not snobbish about you not spending thousands of dollars they are really on top of things and really care about you and just a matter of minutes they make you feel comfortable and relaxed about your purchase, I will always go back to this Tiffany store to purchase more"

"Very rude salespeople, been here two times and the first time the man seemed like he couldn’t be bothered, the second time the woman followed my sister and I around the store, constantly hovering just a few inches from whatever we were looking at as if she thought we were going to steal it… not sure if they have issues with theft here, but regardless it made us feel very uncomfortable. My sister and I both own multiple Tiffany pieces but the way I’ve been treated both times in this store honestly leaves such a bad taste in my mouth I don’t know if I will ever purchase from Tiffany’s in the future"

"I had such a great experience here trying on engagement rings. It was our first time trying on rings anywhere and we wanted to start with the best. The associate let me try on lots of options even though we were clear most of the rings were out of our price range and this was more of a research appointment. He even let me try on a $150,000 ring "just for fun"! He helped me figure out what looked best for me and I loved the emerald cut and every diamond they had was stunning."
