"I made a special trip to canal street from Syracuse, NY specifically to purchase an authentic jade bangle. My husband purchased one for me and paid over 300 dollars, on July 2, 2023. It is now august 8, and the bangle is cracked… I called the jeweler (and was told to send pictures) and unfortunately, they are unwilling to help. They told me I must have hit my wrist on something. When I purchased this bangle, I was told I could put it on and didn’t have to take it off… I never hit my wrist on anything, and if I had hit my wrist hard enough to crack an authentic jade bangle, I would have remembered it. I’m beyond disappointed and saddened by the jewelers blatant disregard and unwillingness to rectify the situation."
