Apparently my excitement was visible to the lovely saleswoman and handsome security guard inside the shop and they beckoned me in to check it out ❤️ I looked at several pieces I had admired online and was very happy to discover they were very light in weight. I will soon be ordering. Thank you!"

"Unprofessional. Don’t bother trying to work here. They will have you apply and interview only to ghost you and not reply back to any of your emails. It’s been two weeks now. If you look on Glassdoor you’ll also see that is a poor working environment. Very disappointed"

"Horrible customer service. I’m familiar with the brand and after browsing online decided to visit the store for the first time this afternoon. I was told to wait at the front of the store near the man guarding the door (who was the only pleasant person in the store with manners) while the associates served the two other customers in the store (apparently browsing is not permitted unless you are escorted - comical, I know). No one acknowledged me. The male associate freed up and still, no acknowledgement. We made eye contact several times and he just gave me a strange look. I finally left after a few minutes as I was appalled by the lack of service and blatant disregard of a customer (me) standing in an empty store. I came in wanting to try on several pairs of huggies. You lost a customer. Shout out to the kind and respectful man guarding the door."

"Update: Issue was resolved loved the earrings and grateful everything worked out. The problem was on my end Original post:Love the earrings but customer service is questionable.. I returned earrings for an even exchanged and instead of an even exchange I was charged normal price [ my initial purchase was at a discount for 1st time purchasing on the site] I emailed customer service and although they replied quickly the issue was not resolved.. very disappointing... I initially was gonna buy second hand and thought I'd buy directly from the site instead / order them brand new.. I may stick to second hand / department store from now on"
