Reviews
"This company has been highly unprofessional, damaging coustomer trust by charging without notice and impacting credit scores. Customer feedback suggests a lack of transparency, especially for overseas working with them. I strongly discourage their services and won't engage with them in the future. Communication is ineffective, with unclear responses and prolonged holds on the phone."
"Everyday Indian scammers call my phone 5x a day from different numbers that are supposedly in the United States. You hear loud fans and Indians in the back every phone call"
"If you have ever been a member at Crunch Fitness, do not be surprised if you get called by these people. I canceled my membership months ago and they will continuously call me, each time saying I owe them more."
"Unfortunately it's difficult to tell whether or not this is a legitimate business or scammers. Because there is such a huge issue right now with call center scams coming out of India, it's safe to assume pretty much any company that calls you with a weird area code and an Indian accent is potentially a scam. And I hate that it's gotten to that point because I know there are plenty innocent Indian people out there who are just trying to do their job but because of the call center scammers based out of India itself, the people who pretend to be Norton and steal money from old people, at this point everyone on the internet just automatically assumes companies like this are scams too. So they either need to stop Outsourcing debts, or the companies that you owe the debts to should take care of it themselves instead of selling the debt to predatory debt collectors. Especially ones that don't follow the fdcpa and call you during work hours and constantly harass you."
"I have been a member at Gold's Gym since 2013. Unfortunately, I forgot to update my debit card. The original on file expired. You would think Gold's would try to contact me over the phone or send a bill in the mail. They did not. They allowed the account to sit unpaid since September 2022. No contact whatsoever. I checked my mail, spam email, and regular email folders. I actually went into Golds to workout after September 2022 and no one said a word to me about the bill. I happened to check my spam mail and saw this notice from a collection agency. I then tried to promptly pay the bill directly to Gold's. It took two days for me to find the payment website for Gold's to update my billing information. I even called the front desk at two of it's local clubs to see if they knew the web address before I searched for it. The website doesn't allow for payment. I ultimately paid the collections bill b/c it was my error. But to not send any communication regarding the bill is deceptive and does nothing to build trust among clientele. In fact, it destroys it. Simple things can actually be settled if there is a discussion IMO. The front desk didn't know the website. I paid the settlement balance as indicated on the collection. I then reported this behavior to my state's attorney general's office and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau."
