"Beautiful family business. I love dealing with Sal. love their selection in jewelry and their repairs. My wife and I always go there."
"I stopped in on 1/3/2022 for a watch battery replacement (the watch is 12+ years old, brand: Guess). They replaced the battery, and charged me $15.00 (last year I had the battery replaced two blocks away for $8.00, and 3 years ago I was charged $11 in the Diamond District). I don’t know if I was ripped off or if this high price is COVID related. I know for certain that Harlem should not be more expensive than lower-middle Manhattan. Let’s keep things honest."
"Yes they have a remarkable selection and the service is outstanding.. However, they do not have air conditioning! I wanted to purchase bracelet for my mother but the heat was unbearable. Even the workers looked exhausted. I can’t in good conscience support a business that doesn’t care about the well-being of both their customers and workers. Such a shame."
"I love the family that owns this store. I’ve been their customer since they were on St Nicholas Ave. I’ve followed them every time they’ve moved. Friendly, very helpful. I always feel at home! Nice jewelry and they all know what I like!"
"Went in to get my battery changed and when I received my watch with the links were damaged. It’s apparent that pliers were used, and when I asked this, I was lied to. Even worse, they wanted me to pay for the repairs to my watch that THEY damaged then let it fall on the counter when I said paying for their mistake. Horrible customer service all around."
