"I took a very expensive SCS membership piece here (worth over $5k) for a minor repair a year ago. They told me they would ship to the official repair center to fix and it should not be a problem. About 6-8 weeks later I was informed that the piece was extensively damaged at some point during the repair process. At this unfortunate news I had assumed they would make right by the situation and have the piece fully repaired or otherwise compensate me since they were fully responsible for this damage to a piece I had entrusted them with. Instead I received a run around for close to a year afterwards and ultimately just received a box containing my ruined piece in pieces. I am beyond devastated by this experience not only for the substantial loss in money but the complete disrespect shown to me and my wife and the complete lack of accountability shown by this store and company."

"The manager ‘Anna’ whom seems to be just flirting with a male client clearly said she does not accept online order returns and found out they do. Let’s please do our job and train properly before you call yourself ‘manager’ and act inappropriately. Disappointing."

"I gave only 4 stars cause I miss the way it use to look. This new look is horrible to to bright. It doesn't allow the crystal to stand out. I will say though the employees that work there are Great people."
