"I had bought two Matrix tennis bracelets from the same location about $500. the one I bought in the end of July the clasp broke in October after only wearing it about 5 times. I brought it back and they had Exchanged it for a new one. After just two wears the same thing happened and I decided to go back. The older lady (assuming shift manager) was called to assist with this problem... I was taken back when my 16 year old brother pointed out how RUDE and SARCASTIC the lady was being towards me on my concerns. She was talking to me like I was an idiot. All she did to resolve my issue was stick her nasty finger nail between the clasp that hooks the bracelet and gave it back to me and when I asked what happens next time it falls off and I don't realize it all she did was smirk and shrugged her shoulders.. I WOULD STAY FAR AWAY FROM GSP LOCATION!!!"
