"I had an item that was purchased from another business I returned the item to another business and I thought it had the correct address on it but apparently the wrong label was scanned by the post office the post office wouldn’t do anything they said that it had that address on it and that swear they delivered it it was sent to this company in error they received my ring which was a blue diamond and white diamond white gold band. The company received it I have proof from the post office and they refused to return the item to the owner or to me I have been dealing with this for several months they wouldn’t do anything I would not recommend this company they kept my item that did not belong to them it was delivered to them from"
