"Purchased an item that was supposed to be gold plated and the coloring has worn from it in less than a month, even with extreme care. They claim to have a 365-warranty, but they will do everything in their power not to honor that. Customer service has been absolutely TERRIBLE to work with, and they insist that I must have scratched the ring to result in the removing of the gold casing. This piece was an investment for me. This was the biggest waste of my money and I will NEVER purchase from this company again. Do NOT buy from here. Spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere."
