"Um, let me tell you something. The driver that drives you there. Fat guy. He complained the whole ride about who he drops off. He so rude. Just do you job. I wanted to tell him to shut up, so badly. Tell all of you drivers to not talk. Because the rider is already nervous. And they make them more nervous when they complain. He made the company look bad. He didn't even tell us that we had to take transet back home. Ugh bad experience. Because of your driver"

"Customer Service - Laurie is very unprofessional, ghetto & rude. Called today 8/7/2023 at 5:29 pm; 5:30 pm; and 5:38 pm & she hung up on me 3 times. The first time She hung up on me because she didn't want to tell me what studies they had available; called back and got Laurie again and asked which study was available for my diagnosis She said no study currently & doesn't see any future at this time. Asked her if there was a sister company. She replied MD and Cali. Asked for Marylands #. This is again where she was unprofessional giggling like a stupid question was asked. Asked her for MA's #. She wouldn't provide the # & dared to say I was being mean. I replied no your being unprofessional. I asked for MA's #, but she was going back and forth rather than giving me their # & hung up on me again. I proceeded to call back hoping to get a different CSR & she answered again after being forwarded 2 times. I asked for the # and she finally gave me the number. Being this is a recorded line please listen to the conversation and educate her on how to be a better customer service representative."
"Terrible unprofessional business HR practices. Applied to a position, set up a a phone interview with a Khalimah . She called on the totally wrong date and appt time that I requested. I called back three times and NO return call. NOT even a courtesy call back. WOW does this show the quality of the company and how they are towards employee's. I would go else here for a job that displays its pay rate and your working days."
