"I’ve been shopping at W. Kodak Jewelers for a few years, I’ve bought multiple watches from this store. Jeremy is my main guy, but any time I have walked into this store, I am greeted with the friendliest staff. I’ve walked in when it was really busy, and I get the same greeting. You could tell the people who work there really enjoy what they do. I post this because it’s such a pleasant exception to the rule of what I see at a lot of stores these days. People tend to love to complain, when I see people go above and beyond, I like to compliment and let them know to please keep up the great work. The high level of service is really appreciated. This store has an excellent selection of watches and brands. They know their products, are great at answering questions, are patient when I’m indecisive, and just an overall fantastic buying experience.
