Purchased for bride, didn't open till we gave it to the bride, and that is when we saw the flaws and metal that's clearly not gold. THIS STORE PEOPLE ARE HUGE SCAM ARTISTS, PLEASE AVOID."

"Please avoid this store at all costs! The biggest scam ever! Purchased gold from here and they wouldn't let us examine it, once home we noticed there are black metal beads underneath and on the side when it was supposed to be all gold. When we tried to get a refund or even exchange, they wouldn't allow it. After getting it thoroughly vetted in other stores it we found out the scam goes even deeper. What they charged 1200 for was selling for 700 next door and in multiple oak tree road gold stores. The amount of people they scammed is numerous, please avoid this store at all costs!"

They claim customization is free, but it's a gold-digging scheme – they secretly charge you by cutting into gold instead of being transparent about the real price. Avoid at all costs! Worst experience ever on Newark street! Comment to your below response: First, "Who are you to teach us the Common Sense"? People just see this scamster on comments, just imagine how this person be in real life. To truly care about customers, the store should transparently explain all possibilities before letting customers decide. My disappointment stems from the store claiming free alteration without mentioning the 8% gold deduction. When I inquired about the 8% gold weight loss, the store only issued a refund of 30% of its value, claiming thats current price of the gold. It's scamming because they sell the same gold at 100% but after alteration same store says it's worth 70% less.. such a scam. The store's response, labeling the customer "EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE," seems unjustified. In brief, I feel deceived and dissatisfied with the store's practices. Again, With almost 100+ similar negative reviews likes, the store's overall rating seems 2-star and not 4-star."
