Skip this place and go to a real pain management center that actually cares. Dallnar 7 reviews a year ago Have been seeing Dr. Polcer since 2018 and he and his nursing and front desk staff are fantastic. The only thing that concerned me is that we had to still go into the office for urine test I am an at risk patient for the virus. But they took that into mind and allowed me to be one of the first appointments every time I was scheduled. 2 Daniel Creaturo Local Guide·22 reviews·12 photos 3 years ago Great Doctors ! I had 2 spine surgeries & 1 failed so I'm looking for a doctor that does other treatments than my current one dont do. Well i was told to get a referral even though my insurance don't require one & a discharge papers from my current dr. I'm NOT looking for drugs just treatments to help lessen my pain but i get the run around. If you don't want to help people in pain go into another field. I called 3 other pain mgmt places & i don't have to jump through all these hoops to get help. Ridiculous!"
"I saw Dr Buck, he's one of the most professional and respectful doctor I ever met. I haven't been with the company for long I just started this year of 2021, but on my 3rd visit someone called me and told me they changed my appointment date and time because Dr Buck was no longer with the company. And told me to hold on that the doctor is going to be on video chat with me soon. (I was lost and confused) (disrespectful company) Dr. PETER CORDA IS THE MOST RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL DOCTOR I EVER MET. NO I DO NOT CARE ABOUT HIM BEING THE PRESIDENT OR WHAT HIS LAST NAME STAND FOR. HE IS A A****** I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND SOMEONE TO THIS COMPANY."
"I see dr Buck, he's very professional and understanding, takes the time to listen to me, and my concerns, even went the extra mile to link me up with a therapist, I've never dealt with a Dr who was so willing to go the extra mile for his patients. I'm overly happy I go to this practice and that Dr Buck is my physician !!!"
"My aunt has been seeing Dr. Corda for many years now, and up until recently we have had nothing but good things to say about him and his office. Unfortunately, with the stricter DEA guidelines, she (along with everyone else) is having her medication cut. Dr. Corda won't even see her, himself, to lower her dosage - he has been having every other doctor in the place (who doesn't know her) take over for her appointments and they have cut her dosage haphazardly. They aren't accounting for the time it takes for her body to adjust, or the fact that they are dropping down way too many milligrams at a time, which could cause a seizure or even death due to withdrawal. I finally went with her last month to help be her advocate. What a lot of people don't realize is that as long as your doctor has a good reason to back up the prescriptions that you are given, they can actually fight for you to continue your medications (or at least drop you less.) The woman that we saw was initially very pleasant, she listened to my aunt and empathized with her chronic pain. She assured us that my aunt would not be cut during that appointment, and that she would see Dr. Corda, himself, this month to hold her dosage again. Then she made a comment about another medication (anxiety) prescribed for my aunt, saying that she was going to call her primary doctor and advise that MD to stop prescribing it. However, she added, if the MD wanted to continue prescribing it, she would have to take full responsibility if there was an interaction. Odd, right? Fast forward to yesterday, when my aunt had her appointment scheduled. First, the office actually called her and asked her to come in earlier than scheduled, which messed with which doctor she would see. Ake ended up seeing the same woman as last time. This time however, she was extremely rude. The first thing she said was that my aunt's urine "looked really good" (about three times, actually.) My aunt has never had a problem with her urine before, so if course this threw her off. Then the woman looked at my aunt's medications and made the same comment about the same medication, and also made a remark about her being on a sleep aid for insomnia - telling her that those are "huge red flags" for her (mind you, my aunt's medications have not changed in years.) She then stated that she would be cutting the dosage because of these so-called red flags. My aunt told her about what she said at her last appointment, and the woman simply said "well these are huge red flags." How does something become a red flag on the SECOND appointment with a patient, let alone someone who has been going to that practice for years without any problems?! These new "doctors" (and I use that term lightly) are undereducated, insensitive, and judgmental. Not to mention, they're extremely rude. This practice no longer listens to their actual patients, they simply listen to a computer screen. I'm HIGHLY disappointed."
