"Previously employed here and cant say anything but bad things. Manager is totally disorganized, went two months there unpaid and only got paid when I brought it to higher management and threatened corporate. Check of course wasn't right when it came in. Manager never was at the store, accountability there is none. Other AM's knew about my situation and disregarded it and threw it on the manager. Surprised the place is still running. Don't even try and figure out a work schedule there, didn't release the schedule till 10pm on Sunday for the upcoming week. Eventually quit there when I had text confirmation from the manager I was ok to have Saturday off due to a doctors appointment and when I told manager I wouldn't be coming in the following day he denied he sent me that text message. Showed him proof of it and he flipped out kicking boxes and doors like a little child. Place is completely disorganized. Don't work there unless you want headaches, not getting paid for periods of time, and constant excuses."

"Gina, Dave, and Mike have provided excellent service here. Gina did an excellent job helping me solve a problem. She research the information needed. Help me complete a new sale that had me leaving the store more than satisfied. The manager Dave spoke with me earlier on the phone and had things set up to know that I wouldn’t walk into the store without stock on the shelf. When I followed up with the phone call, Gina answer the phone and was insistent that she also do the same thing just to re-verify that everything was still the same but the merchandise was still in stock. This is how professionals obtain new business and retain customers that become clients."

"I visited this store 6/30/23 around 4 pm today. I needed a registration plate for an inflatable boat and the website showed they had 4 in stock. I couldn't find it, so I went to the front desk to ask for help. The manager was not on the phone or talking to anyone, but as I open my mouth to speak she dismissed me with her hands, as if she was swatting a fly. I asked another person for help and asked if anyone else in charge could help me find the item. The employee looked for the item and could not find it, but discourage me from speaking to the manager again, and it was clear from his tone that she doesn't like to be bothered. In fact, he even seemed afraid to ask her. The website had an option to purchase online and pick up at the store, and I asked the employee what would happen if I purchased online and drove there to pick it up. He said the manager would must likely dismiss me anyway. There were only 2 other customers on the entire store when this happened. Later she was walking around and still refused to help me. Don't waste your time going to this place even if the website shows they have the item in stock. It took me 1 hour to drive to this place, only to be treated very poorly."

"Great Place for when you're looking for that (1) thing all other places won't have... The staff was great , 2 thumbs up to the manager who was extremely helpful for when I needed a Battery replacement. Very knowlegable... open 7 days a week .. forget the online places where you'll need to wait for a delivery. Right here in Woodbridge (a quick ride from Staten Italy) ...."
