"If you’re trying to pawn jewelry but happen to be black with braids, don’t bother. You will be profiled and denied. As I explained to the lady, the tags are still on the jewelry because they were given to me that way to show their value. She cared not. It’s sickening to be getting this treatment in 2022. Especially with cameras everywhere and photo ID being presented."
