"Got a fingerprint necklace hoping for a beautiful piece. The necklace came discolored on half, as if it was burnt. The pendant dont match the chain, even though they were ordered in the same gold. The chain has a huge knot in it. And the gold is paper thin. Terrible quality. Trying to return through customer service, who wants to charge a remelt fee to return. However none of this is my error, their quality controll let this leave their business and ship to me in this poor condition, and they are wanting me to pay to return a product that should have never been sent in this condition to begin with. Sending junk, and charging 20% remelt fee upon return. What a terrible way to treat customers who are buying as a memory, only to be highly disappointed and out 20% to return this junk. Buyer beware."

"Wouldn’t buy from again. Tried to get my grandmother a nice locket for Christmas with my grandfather who recently passed. First order I didn’t realize it wasn’t gold so I payed $45 for express shipping to return and have a 14k gold necklace with the same photos used on the actual gold locket. I stated it clearly in the emails I would like the 14k gold necklace and size it up I’ll pay the difference. Even send a screen shoot of the one I choose. We seemed to confirm and I got the wrong item. I had to just take the loss on it because the communication was lacking. Big disappointment definitely was excited when I found this but it’s my first and last time buying from this company."

"I ordered my item with more than enough time to spare for it to arrive before Christmas, and it still has not arrived. I input the same address I put for everything I've ever ordered but this item was stuck in limbo and was eventually returned to them due to a supposed error. I called them when the item was stuck and even paid extra for expedited shipping so that the item could hopefully arrive to me before Christmas. I get a call from them the day before Christmas Eve confirming the address with the hopes of getting it shipped that same day. It has now been over 2 business days since then (well after Christmas so I could not gift the item appropriately and I now look bad) and the item still has not moved at all. Very bad service and I'm still here waiting for my order. Extremely disappointed and embarrassed."

"Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered a customized badge pendant for myself and before two months of wearing the bale broke. I sent it in for repairs and when I got it back the pendant itself was cracked. They told me to ship it back out to get it fixed again so I had to pay shipping again since they didn’t want to give me a refund because it was over the 30 day return window. I was not happy with the product at all since it was so cheap and thing and why would they send me back a cracked pendant when it was just sent for repair. I sent the pendant back in for repairs in the same exact way they sent it to me but received a call today saying that the package got there but there was nothing inside. Horrible customer service all the way through, cheap quality. Super cheap to break in less than two months from normal wear. Would not recommend to anyone or purchase from them again. I explained to them it clearly would keep breaking if it happened from nothing and I’d be the one paying for shipping each time."

"Purchased the kids gold locket and it looks like cheep dollar store jewelry. Very fake yellow color, not real gold. Instead of an actual “engraving” there is a white stamped letter on the back. Extremely small both the locket and the chain. I got this for a 13 year old and it looks like something a baby would wear. Can’t return it either because of the engraving. So glad I didn’t spend the extra money for a picture. Not even sure how they could put a picture in there with how small it is. Save your money and go elsewhere!!"
