"I was referred to Esper jeweler back in January 2023, to have my silver earring fixed. The owner said could fix it and to give him two weeks, I call him to follow up on the repair and each time he tells me he’ll do it. Two weeks turned into seven months and my earnings are not fixed. He comes up with all sorts of excuses and have the nerve to tell me he has $50,000 worth of items since 1989 that he has fixed and people don’t pick them. What the hell does my earrings have to do with me. This owner is not professional he needs to close his business. Do not take your jewelry there you won’t get it fixed."
