"Never again! We bought a charm for $79. with a necklace we owned the owner suggested she bring it to her office in NYC to get a larger loop so the charm would fit. We paid, she gave us the receipt and said you can pick it up by Wednesday. I received a call came today and was charged $50.!!!! What an outrage! A little charm cost a total of $130! I would have never have bought it! There was no mention of any additional charge!!!! Very poor customer service!"
