"Dealing with Clover as a provider is the worst I've ever experienced! I am currently waiting on the phone 25 minutes & still no customer service. My last call regarding a patient's claim denial was 3.5 hours waiting for a provider rep who was unable to answer my inquiries. I would not recommend this Medicare Advantage product to anyone. When you call Clover sales, quick response & pickup??? Please, please research other products for your medical insurance"
"This company is horrible. They send the wrong ID cards. They do not pick up the phone. I do not recommend this company for insurance . You cannot understand the representatives you have to fight to get a supervisor . This is one of the worst as far customer service is very very poor."
"The customer service is terrible. I had a problem with the benefits card at CVS. As instructed, I registered a complaint on line. I received an email from healthbenefitsplus with a ref number. The email said to call the number below for additional information. I called and they had no clue as to what I was talking about. I'll probably switch to Braven next year."
