"Updated 10/31/2023 Was able to talk to the Owner directly and was able to get my issues addressed. I got my Gem Tang and a Goldflake Angelfish from them finally and they arrived after we spoke. The fish looked healthy with no issues or concerns. Packaging was spot on with a heat pad inside to keep the fish warm during their travel. Owner did say that October was a busy month for him with his other job but will be doing better with communication moving forward. ———————————————————————— Poor communication with them. They are very slow to respond and at times no response. I ordered a Gem Tang September 14th and still haven’t received it. Emailed and called them and I got a response on 9/24 that they were being quarantined and would ship the second week of October and now we’re on the 4th week and still nothing or any updates. Like a dummy I placed another order with them in the high hopes that they were legit on the 13th hoping that I would get everything on the 19th because that’s the delivery date I requested through their website. But nothing has been received and no tracking information either. I’ve submitted disputes now through PayPal and AMEX hopefully I can get my money back. Don’t buy from them if you plan on getting it shipped. They might be good if you are local to them. Not sure though."
