"Absolutely worse experience. It took them three hours to give my dog a cut. She kept pushing back the time 3 times. My appointment is at 11:30, didn’t leave until 2:30. They barely gave my dog a hair cut. Claim my dog is too knotted to cut. After 3 hours wait, I just have to take what it was and leave. I will never go back. Choose carefully."

"It’s been impossible to find a groomer that could handle Ollie who (to say the least) is extremely difficult to work with. But the groomer did a fantastic job! She looks amazing and somehow still has length on her tail despite her and it being covered in mats! We are EXTREMELY grateful! Thank you guys!"
