"I recently received a gift from my daughter and mother and need to exchange it. I am extremely dissatisfied with your customer services lack of returning emails, calls, etc in regards to this exchange. I own a fitness company and always looking for new gear to recommend to my clients and followers. I am appalled that no one has returned calls or emails to resolve this issue. I don’t like social bashing but the lack of attention towards this issue makes me feel compelled to inform others that you don’t care about your customers satisfaction. What’s worse is that you don’t seem to care that you are taking advantage of senior citizens and children trying to do a nice thing on Mother’s Day. So now my mother is out the money she spent on my gift for her granddaughter and I am left with nothing. Thanks so much for never returning her emails or calls to address this matter."
