"Russ Rents was great! They were punctual and had the right amount of people for the job. The office was great at helping me understand what I should order in regards to the size of my party and when the party size doubled from my original plan, they helped me adjust my plan. I rented 3 large tents...they were all gorgeous and festive with the pinnacles. I choose the white 5' round tables and white chairs and they were all in very good condition, Edison lights to help decorate the tent circumference and even those worked as expected. There was a miscommunication from my reservation but during set up when I called the office they helped me work through the issue and everything came off without a hitch. I also rented the Dalmatian bouncy house with slide and all the kids had such a great time! Thanks for helping to make our party a huge success!"

"I was recommended to use Russ rentals and unfortunately I had a terrible experience. The slide that was delivered was sub-standard (duct taped together, dirty and the water hose kept falling out). When I called to mention my displeasure , I explained that we had recently rented one in Vineland because Russ did not have one on the date we needed but I would rather solicit to a local business I was told that maybe I should go back to the company I originally rented from. When I asked for her manager she said she was the manager. Needless to say I will take my $400 elsewhere. Just to mention that I am the head of the Entertainment Committee and we did this twice this season"
