Webster Bank

"I’ve been with this bank for 15 years now and have never been mistreated at all. I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars because I have a business account as well as personal but I can’t do Zelle with the business account and I could with another bank so the option is available just not from Webster. It’s really my only gripe. But the tellers at the drive up are always polite and smiling and that’s what makes me happy. Fanman ps teller 73 is definitely my favorite"

"I just read some previous reviews re: Mrs Pena and her staff at Webster Bank located in Congers NY. I have been banking at that location since the bank was Provident then changed to Sterling and presently Webster, I have found previous managers and staff to always be helpful and courteous and find Mrs Peña and her staff to have even improved on that. I find it hard to believe the negative remarks I have read."

"The website indicate they open the drive through at 8:00 am. When I pulled up at 8:20, teller told me they open only at 8:30 am. I showed the teller their website, but she didn’t agree it. Their was staff inside sitting around and joking while I’m waiting outside. Worse customer service. Not recommended. I wish I could put zero star."
