Pet Supplies Plus New Windsor (Vails Gate)

"Went as usual to get my dogs nail trim,I then got the ticket and rinse my dog off quick and towel dry since dryers weren’t on and was heading to pay both together along with just a bone,older lady worker as me if I use the wash station and I said yes and I’m heading to pay rn,my dog doesn’t like getting her nails cut after a bath or gets anxiety so it’s easier to do her nails before her bath .i was never given a issue by other employees in the pass to pay for the bath after as long as I told them after since I was paying everything together and I since I had to get the ticket to pay for the nails and they also will see us go in anyway and never mention anything when they will be cleaning the other stations as well. Well anyway the older lady started to tell me no one will ever tell me that and that I had to pay before but I told her how will I make this up if past employees told me in the pass as long as I told them I used it once I’m done it was ok.Well she started to get a attitude as if I was stealing even though I was paying .kept saying it over and over and she just started to make me sound like a liar instead of just explaining in the future to do it before.I never had issues with employees and I like taking my dog there.But if she had such a problem she could have gone up to me while I was still using it instead of giving me attitude in front of the cashier and other people around …"

"I schedule regular appointments with Emma (Groomer) at Pet Supplies Plus (Vails Gate/New Windsor, NY location). She is absolutely wonderful with my 11-year old shih tzu. We have used numerous groomers throughout the years and Emma is one of the top 3. All associates we have come in contact with at this location are very courteous, polite, and helpful. It's a pleasure to shop here."
