"I've been seeing Dr Otterbeck on hylan boulevard for a couple years now and I have to say it's one of the most pleasant experiences I've had with any doctor. Very professional, attentive, knowledgeable, & polite. All around great doctor, he's been working to give me a pain-free life and he does everything in his power to do so, finding new ways to treat my chronic pain. This is the kind of doctor you want on your side. 5 Stars! The staff is very pleasant and friendly. The facility is very clean, so rest assured that if you're going for a procedure they got you covered. Glad I found this place and most importantly this wonderful doctor!"

Dr. Yang & his staff are young experienced, caring , truthful, realest, open minded, professional pain management TEAM I’ve ever dealt with in the almost 15 years of being treated for injuries from working at NYCTA , WTC 9/11 & at NYS COURTS. I RECOMMEND HIM & his staff 1000% for treatment of nerve damage, back & spine pain. He gives you your diagnosis, types of medications & choice of treatments in plain non medical language & explains medical terms so the average person will understand. He takes his time at each visit pre & post treatment which makes you know he loves his job & his patient. I LOVE THEM"

"This office follows poor protocol for Covid. The waiting room is over crowded and limited social distancing for patients. During my 2 visits I overheard reception argue with Several patients about payment, making patients’ take off mask to Debate and argue. Ugh!!! Patients that came in after me went in to see doctor before me. I asked reception why people went in front of me and they said patient had an earlier appointment when I had a first appointment for 8 AM. Really? After I spoke up, I was called in. At both of my visits I never seen doctor Chapman. There was NO sanitizer in room where you wait for doctor and the resolution the other doctor gave me was, take a shot to mask pain. If you have questions about osteoarthritis, osteoporosis or back discomfort, don’t go here. All this office does is inject needles. Not a clean place to be during a pandemic and workers treat you like a number."

The doctors, nurses, PA’s, the office staff and everyone at the facility has always treated me with respect and excellent care.
