"I went in to find out about getting a watch I purchased resized (just needed some links removed). Customer service was great and I was helped fairly quickly. However, I did deduct one star because the guy who helped me resized the watch BEFORE quoting me the price. I felt trapped. Had I known, I probably wouldn't have gotten the watch resized, and would hav opted to return the watch instead (it was a $10 service on a $12 watch; while not an unreasonable price for resizing a watch, I don't know if spending almost as much to resize as the watch cost is wroth it)."
