"I brought my wedding band, plus two additional rings in to be resized to be larger. Within two weeks two jewels fell out of my wedding band, after 12 years of that never happening. I brought back my band and asked them to fix it at which point I was told it can’t be fixed and they won’t replace the jewels because there is no guarantee they won’t fall out again. One of the other rings was fine, and on the third I can clearly see where modifications were made in order to resize the ring. I am disappointed and sad because in resizing my wedding band, it was ruined beyond repair and now needs to be rebuilt by a different jeweler in order to have any hopes of the diamonds staying in the band."

"Found this little "gem" of a jewelry store while shopping in downtown Fanwood. Sam's work on a repair to a beautiful and very sentimental bracelet of mine was well done and I'm fussy . His repair allowed me to wear this treasured item again. He also overhauled a great watch I have and its running like new again. This also is an item that has sentimental value attached to it. A jeweler needs to be very trusted and I'm finding my trust in Sam to be well founded. His prices are honest and fair in my opinion and it feels good to support a family owned small business.
