"Brought my six year old son here the last two months and have been nothing but delighted with how coach Mike runs the class for his youngest students. A former teacher, he knows how to command their attention and get them inspired. He has several adult student coaches that work with him, and then when you look around and see pictures of some of these students standing in the middle of rings with belts around their waists, you suddenly realize the quality of instruction being received is world class. Mike has fighters traveling the country and competing at the top of their craft, but remains humble and down to earth and welcoming to all skill levels. This is a martial arts melting pot that focuses first and foremost on Muay Thai kickboxing but incorporates standard boxing, yoga, wrestling, and general mma principles.
