"It's very hard to find anyone in the construction industry who is reliable and trustworthy - and even more so with such an expensive investment. We have found that with Metro Pools and always know we are in good hands when we need them. Aside from constructing our pool, we also use them for our annual opening/closing and any other maintenance related items that come up. "Metro Pools made the new build for my pool very easy and for the most part stress-free. Sheri the office manager and Fawn the sales manager are probably the two most pleasant administrators I've had the pleasure to work with during any of my jobs, and I've done many, many remodeling and construction jobs for my homes. So thank you to them for making me feel relaxed (as I can be) during the entire process. The crew who came during my install, and various other parts than needed assistance we're always Hands-On and transparent in teaching me the ins and the outs of pool maintenance and ownership. My initial liner came with a tear in it, but it was not a non-issue and the new one was replaced and up and filled within two weeks. For the Pavers, I would advise researching different contractors and getting different quotes. Don't use Foxxy (whom Metro had recommended). Besides trying to overcharge me an extra $6 a sq ft., the guys did such a bad job on my coping and pavers that I had to get another company in (Lopes and Sons) to redo most of it. My coping joints are also cracking less than a year later and he doesn't like to return calls or help either. So that's more money I need to spend now. I would recommend Metro Pools to any of my colleagues or associates looking for an install."

"If you are looking for a pool company, look no further because Metro Pools is your one stop shop! If i could give them 10 stars I would because they are absolutely amazing! From their customer service, to their communication, their resources, their staff and crew, they are by far the most incredible pool company that we've seen of the 20 that we've scouted.
