"I scheduled an appointment for Wes 10-26-21. I spoke with the contractor twice prior to discuss the job and pricing. I called on Monday 10/24 just to confirm the appointment and time. No call , no show!!! Very professional……Bravo!!!!!"

"I scheduled an appointment for an estimate for a few small jobs that needed to be done at my home. The appointment was scheduled for Saturday, 8/15/20 9 am-11:00 am. Having heard not from anyone, I contacted to office at 10:40 am on that day to confirm that someone would actually be coming out to give the estimate. The operator told me that she would call the tech and call me back. Needless to say, she did not call me back and the technician was a NO SHOW. I finally received a call Monday, 8/17/20. I advised that due to the NO SHOW and NO CALL, I was no longer interested in their services. This is one of the most unprofessional businesses that I have ever dealt with. The only consolation is that they were NO SHOWS before I could hire them at which point they may have been a NO SHOW for the job. Very disappointed considering all the excellent reviews. I have to believe that those reviews are from family and friends."
