"Destruction with Student Good morning everyone! I communicate a very sad subject that needs attention of the board of directors and direct responsible of the institution. I have been a student at Zoni Language Elizabeth since August 2018 (registration number 5078), I have been hiring approximately 30 weeks, paying a total of $ 1,200.00 along with study materials. Because the teachers were excellent (Victoria / Sara / Felipe / Manoel), I enrolled my wife, investing approximately $ 400 dollars, totaling $ 1,600.00 in this period. On yesterday (01/22/2019), I had an unpleasant and very coarse episode from the administrative area of the institution, through the attendant Alejandra. As an institution procedure, we must make the payment every beginning of each week. My class begins at 08pm, due to problems of course I arrived at the school a few minutes late, about 10 minutes later, on arrival there was only one student already finishing the service, after the three attendants were available, for approximately 5 minutes, I was waiting payment service and during this time no one answered. Since I did not want to waste any more time, I went to class. As a procedure and control of Zoni Language, students are called and after they identify who has financial issues, my name was automatically added to this list. Just to notify this occurred at 09:20 pm; after 1 hour and 10 minutes of class, as the teacher was in the middle of an explanation, I did not want to lose the content and requested 5 minutes for completion and explanation of the teacher after I would make the payment. Very rudely by Alejandra, she interrupted the class and in front of all the students demanded that I leave the class, and that the class could not continue if it were not to pay, several students were outraged and did not bore the inadequate posture of the representative of Zoni Language. My outrage is that I am a student of Zoni for more than 6 months, paying weekly and not having debts with the institution. I ask, is this the type of staff and representatives you want inside your school? I understand that she has no ability to deal with the public, in this case pupils. Due to what happened, I requested the cancellation of my enrollment and report what happened to avoid that the same embarrassment occurs with other students. I would greatly appreciate a feedback and action from Zoni Language. No further."
