"If I could give zero stars I would. I have never delt with such incompetence from his agaent Lynn Erbentraut and Jim Franchino himself. We will be filing complaints with the state as well. Thank you for your response but if the interuptions you are speaking of are when Lynn Erbentraut hung up on my husband or when Mr. Franchino went on his tirade about how he would defend her to the end, I guess I can understand why you didn't bother to check the facts first. I'm guessing you have done that now and see that the mistake was clearly yours, and I have all the emails and documents to prove it. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Maybe next time you should admit your mistakes and fix them instead of blaming your customers."

"I contacted Jim Franchino to attempt to get a builders risk / home insurance policy. He seemed professional during our initial phone conversation but I quickly understood that this was only a façade. Not only does he not respect timeline nor commitment, he quickly became unresponsive and extremely rude. Do not take your business there. Absolute disgrace to any of the insurance providers he represents."
